Overview
Senshu is a fitness and companion progression app. We use information to provide nutrition tracking, workout tracking, companion progression, account features, subscriptions, support, safety, and app improvements. We do not sell your personal information.

Information Senshu may collect
- Account information, such as email address, sign-in provider identifiers, display name, and authentication status.
- Profile and goal information you enter, including age range or age, sex, height, weight, target weight, activity level, nutrition goals, and workout preferences.
- Food and nutrition data, including meals, calories, macros, saved foods, barcode lookups, text meal descriptions, meal photos you choose to upload, and edits you make to estimates.
- Workout and progress data, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, completed sessions, streaks, daily quests, companion XP, levels, stats, rewards, and evolution progress.
- Apple Health data, only if you grant permission, such as weight, workouts, steps, sleep, active energy, and related health metrics supported by the app.
- Device, diagnostic, and usage information, such as app version, device type, crash logs, performance data, analytics events, and notification preferences.
- Support information you send to us, including your email address and the content of your request.
How Senshu uses information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To calculate calorie, macro, workout, and companion progression features.
- To process meal text, meal photos, and barcode data into editable nutrition estimates.
- To sync permitted Apple Health data with your Senshu progress and companion growth.
- To save your app state, preferences, history, rewards, and subscription status.
- To send reminders or notifications if you enable them.
- To improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Apple Health data
Senshu requests Apple Health permissions only for features you choose to enable. Health data is used to power in-app progress, workout, recovery, and companion features. Senshu does not use Apple Health data for advertising and does not sell Apple Health data.
Apple Health data is handled according to Apple's HealthKit requirements. You can change Health permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Meal photos, text, and AI estimates
When you ask Senshu to estimate nutrition from a meal photo or text description, the app may send that content to Senshu's backend service so it can create an editable estimate. The backend may use third-party AI services to produce the estimate. AI estimates can be wrong, and you should review and edit them before relying on them.
Firebase, analytics, and service providers
Senshu uses Firebase services for authentication, app data storage, analytics, messaging, and related app infrastructure. Senshu may also use service providers for AI processing, subscription validation, diagnostics, hosting, and support operations. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Senshu.
How information may be shared
Senshu may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, AI processing, subscription validation, and support tools. Senshu may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Senshu does not sell personal information and does not share Apple Health data for advertising.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you purchase Senshu Premium, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Senshu may receive subscription status and transaction information needed to unlock premium features, but Senshu does not receive your full payment card details.
Data retention and deletion
Senshu keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support backup or recovery features. When information is no longer needed, Senshu deletes it or de-identifies it where practical.
You may request account or data deletion by contacting support@goldentechlabs.com.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete many logs directly in the app.
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with your account. You may also have the right to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, contact support@goldentechlabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International use
Senshu and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. These locations may have privacy laws different from those in your location.
Children
Senshu is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Senshu, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Security
Senshu uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
Senshu may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
