Meal estimates

AI nutrition estimates are meant to be reviewed. If an estimate looks wrong, edit the calories, macros, serving size, or ingredients before saving the meal.

Apple Health sync

Open iOS Settings, choose Health, then Data Access & Devices to confirm Senshu has the permissions you want enabled.

Notifications

Reminder permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. In-app reminder preferences may also affect what Senshu sends.

Account and sign-in help

If you cannot sign in, confirm you are using the same sign-in method and email address used when creating your Senshu account. If the issue continues, contact support with the email address you expect to be attached to the account.

Subscription help

Senshu Premium purchases are managed through Apple. To view, cancel, or restore a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. If premium access does not unlock after purchase, try restoring purchases in the app and contact support if the issue continues.

Account and data deletion

To request account or data deletion, email support@goldentechlabs.com from the email address associated with your account and include “Senshu data deletion request” in the subject line. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
